About the Centre:

Welcome to Kids Academy Wyndham Vale We are developing a 110-place centre. Our philosophy emphasizes a holistic view of the child. Our families appreciate our approaches to inclusivity and sustainability

About the Role:

- Manage the daily operations of the Centre(s) in line with company policies, ensuring compliance and meeting financial targets.

- Build strong connections with the local community, including partnerships with families, and use marketing skills to strategically increase occupancy.

- Mentor and support the centre(s) to meet or exceed the National Quality Standards.

About You:

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.

- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.

- A current Working with Children’s Check.

- Experience in achieving targets and ensuring safety and compliance standards.
