Overview

Summary: Join us in a key role on the ground as we manage Australia's skies and aviation emergency services at the nation's busiest airports. Airservices Australia is a government-owned organisation responsible for the safe and efficient management of 11% of the world's airspace and provision of aviation rescue fire fighting services at Australia's busiest airports.

The Role & The Team

Our team love to learn by doing, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thrive on tight deadlines and getting things done.

You will ensure projects are delivered within the organisation governance framework, including scheduling, monthly reporting, general administrative support, project approvals and support activities.

Qualifications

- Qualification in Business Administration, Program Management, or any related field
- Demonstrated program and project co-ordination skills and experience with sound knowledge of governance frameworks, artefacts, and processes.
- Demonstrated experience of applying expertise in developing business documents, reports, and communication material, preferably in a digital transformation environment
- Ability to work effectively under limited supervision and manage competing priorities and timeframes.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict management skills.
- High level decision making, problem solving and research skills to produce workable solutions.
- Experience using Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Project and/or equivalent tools.
