About the role

- Drafting and negotiating leases, agreements for lease, and ancillary documents.

- Managing the sale and acquisition of commercial, industrial and rural land.

- Advising on development projects (subdivisions, residential and commercial developments).

- Handling development and joint venture agreements, and access licences.

- Providing title structuring advice and drafting easements and covenants.

- Conducting property due diligence for high-value transactions.

The ideal candidate

- 10+ PQE with strong experience in varied property law transactions.

- Confidence advising on complex commercial property matters.

- Excellent communication skills and a strong client focus.

- High attention to detail and time management skills.
