[Immediate Start] Psychologist | Child, Adolescent and Family Caseload

Our client is seeking a psychologist to join their salaried private practice across the Inner North. Offering fractional loads with minimal telehealth, the role provides a blend of therapy and assessment work with remote administrative support. You will build a rewarding paediatric and family caseload, supported by performance targets.
What’s on Offer?
- Salary from $85,000-110,000 for graduates and $110,000-165,000 for senior clinicians (pro rata FTE).
- Opportunity to work across multiple locations with an initial caseload build-up and performance targets.
- Remote administrative support and council parking at most sites.
- Blend of paediatric, family and adult therapy plus assessment work including WISC, Wilson, Vineland and ADOS.
- Four professional development days per year, 20 moderated sessions and Director-led practice supervision.

- Contracting billing model with salaried clinician arrangements.
- Well-presented rooms in community hub locations.
- Paediatric, family, couples and adult clientele with minimal telehealth.
- Supported by finance team, practice manager, director and customer service staff.

Requirements
- AHPRA registration and valid provider number.
- Postgraduate qualification in psychology.
- Experience or interest in paediatric and family therapy (trauma-informed practice).
