Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking a Health and Wellbeing Principal Advisor to lead workplace health monitoring, wellbeing, and psychosocial risk initiatives across a large operational workforce within a major state government department.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate health surveillance programs and ensure WHS compliance.
- Manage confidential health records and reporting obligations.
- Oversee drug and alcohol testing, medical reviews, and impairment protocols.
- Identify and manage psychosocial hazards such as fatigue or bullying.
- Support fit‑for‑work processes, including digital self‑declarations.
- Manage wellbeing contracts and statewide programs such as Mates in Construction and Converge.
- Deliver training and awareness activities to promote wellbeing.

About You

- Extensive experience in health, wellbeing, or WHS advisory roles.
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation and psychosocial risk management.
- Skilled in contract management and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Relevant qualifications in Health, Safety, or related fields.
