This role is responsible for overseeing the efficient delivery of Corporate Accounting services, while supporting the management of corporate cost centres and the capital investment process.
Your role will involve:
- End to end responsibility for month end processes, including analysis, journals, reconciliations and reporting.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of the half-year and annual statutory financial statements.
- Support the bi-annual parent entity reporting and the external audit activities.
- Management of monthly parent entity reporting through OneStream, including liaison with SGH finance team.
- Provide guidance and expertise to explain compliance with Australian Accounting Standards.
- Review and analysis of investment requests to be tabled at the investment committee.

What you’ll bring to the role
- Qualified accountant- CPA or CA.
- Bachelor’s degree in business and finance.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the organisation.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, collaborative mindset and ownership of end-to-end delivery.
- Adaptable and team-oriented, able to thrive in a dynamic and evolving finance environment.
