Churches of Christ Queensland is seeking dedicated Environmental Service Workers to join our Residential Aged Care home in Toowoomba, a 78-bed facility committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.

About the Role

As an Environmental Service Worker, you'll support the daily operations of our facility, helping to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with food preparation and food service
- Setting up and cleaning the dining areas
- Maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and communal areas
- Supporting infection control and hygiene standards

About You

We’re looking for individuals who are reliable, compassionate, and take pride in their work. Our ideal candidate will have:

Essential:

- Proven experience in commercial food preparation, food service, or cleaning
- A strong understanding of food safety practices
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Valid Australian work rights (Note: We are not able to offer sponsorship at this time)
