Salary: $77,000 plus 12% superannuation
Position: Full time

Our client, Jeshani Brothers Pty Ltd t/a Metro Petroleum Pacific Hwy(Tuggerah), operates a fuel and convenience store in Tuggerah, NSW and is focused on providing Australians, quality fuels at competitive prices whilst exceeding customers' expectations with exceptional service.

The client is looking for highly motivated full time Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and support the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Minimum Requirements:
AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in the relevant field
3+ years' experience in a similar role

In this role your main responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily office administration, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.

• Manage and maintain all office records, databases, and filing systems in line with company policies.

• Oversee payroll processing, timesheet verification, and employee record maintenance.

• Monitor and reconcile financial accounts, invoices, and banking activities.

• Prepare regular operational, compliance, and financial reports for management.

• Administer accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment and collection.

• Maintain compliance documentation for taxation, superannuation, and workplace regulations.

• Coordinate administrative support for management, including correspondence and meeting schedules.

• Manage contracts and agreements with service providers (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, security).

• Oversee internal communications and ensure staff are informed of policy or procedural updates.

• Ensure safe storage and management of sensitive and confidential business information.

• Implement and improve office systems, procedures, and workflows for efficiency.

• Support business audits and assist external accountants with required documentation.

The successful candidate will have a passion for the retail sector, be career focused and have strong office management qualities. Other key skills and experience will include:

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required

• A relevant Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum one year experience in office management or a similar administrative leadership role, preferably in retail, fuel, or convenience store operations.

• Strong understanding of accounting and payroll systems, including MYOB, Xero, or similar software.

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT literacy.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and reporting.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
