Overview
DNA Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager for a relocation opportunity to work for a highly regarded Residential Aged Care facility based locally to Wallangarra, near the NSW & QLD border. The successful candidate will join a highly supportive team including an experienced Residential Service Manager, Clinical Care Coordinator, Quality and Governance support, and an experienced Registered Nursing and Care team. The role requires strong clinical and management skills and involves oversight of the day-to-day running of the facility to create an environment where residents live fulfilling lives and staff enjoy working.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day facility operations and clinical care activities, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with relevant standards. Provide leadership to the clinical and care teams, collaborate with the Residential Service Manager and head office to maintain a positive, professional work environment, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
Role requirements
- Full Australian work rights
- Previous residential aged care management experience
- AHPRA registration
- Ability to manage internal clinical teams
