Job Description

We’re looking for an Eye Care Inventory Analyst to take ownership of over 4,000+ frames and lenses in our portfolio, driving profitability, customer value, and growth.

What you’ll do:

- Manage end-to-end inventory and product lifecycle – from new launches to discontinuations.
- Analyse sales, market trends, and competitor activity to optimise pricing and product mix.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Retail Operations, and suppliers to deliver promotions that excite customers.
- Negotiate contracts and manage multimillion-dollar business P&Ls.
- Leverage analytics tools (Power BI, ERP, PMS) to deliver insights and streamline processes.
- Lead the 3Ps — product, pricing, and promotion — and shape customer experience.

Desired Skills and Experience

What we’re looking for:

- 5+ years’ experience in inventory, pricing, or product management (eye care/optical industry highly regarded).
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Proven ability to analyse POS and market data to inform business decisions.
- Hands-on experience with Optomate or similar systems.
- Sharp commercial acumen and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Play a pivotal role in shaping our Eye Care business strategy.
- Work with a supportive, values-driven team.
