- Diploma Qualified
You hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent), and you're confident in your ability to lead learning experiences.
- You Know the Frameworks
With a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS), you know how to turn theory into fun, meaningful moments for kids.
- You've Done This Before
You bring real-world experience working with children aged 0–5, and you know how to adapt, stay calm, and bring the good vibes—no matter what the day throws at you.
- Teamwork Is Your Thing
