Tenure: Fixed term, full-time until June 2029 with the possibility of extension and/or permanency

The Industry, Science and Innovation team collaborates with industry, government, research and innovation sectors to diversify the economy and create jobs through improved local industry capabilities and participation. This is an exciting opportunity to take a key leadership role in the delivery of a new government initiative.

Role Title: Principal Program Officer

This role contributes to the successful establishment and strategic leadership in the delivery of the Housing Innovation Fund, a new initiative offering loans and grants to support innovation in the housing sector. The initiative is part of the Government’s Made in WA platform and will help the housing sector respond to evolving market and workforce conditions.

In the delivery of this program you will engage with senior stakeholders from across industry, unions, community groups and government to shape and progress program and policy initiatives.

Responsibilities
