About the role
This role provides high quality industrial and employee relations consultancy and advisory services on complex industrial and employee relations matters.
The role develops relevant resources and delivers coaching to stakeholders to ensure consistent application of relevant industrial instruments, regulatory frameworks, policies, and related legislation. This role undertakes case management activities and facilitates the resolution of complex and contentious industrial and employee relations matters.
To be successful in this role you will have experience in dealing with complex Industrial and/or Employee Relations matters and providing practical and strategic advice and support to Executive leaders, managers and members of the People and Culture branch.

Other Conditions and Eligibility
