Job Description
About The Role:
As a Business Development Executive, you will work on-site and be responsible for identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving enrolment growth for our online domestic programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the online education sector
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance our online program offerings
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Desired Skills and Experience
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the education sector
- Must willing to travel across Australia
- Must be available Monday-Friday and some weekends if travelling
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
- Sound knowledge of ASQA RTO standards
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Attributes
- MBA or relevant qualification or a minimum of two years of Australian domestic student experience
- Experience in online education or e-learning platforms
- Understanding of the Australian Healthcare Education landscape
