The Role:

We are seeking a Senior Developer to join one of our high performing engineering teams. Working with multiple clients, you’ll rotate across product development, complex software implementation and BAU/production support projects, driving innovation, solving problems and ensuring client expectations are consistently met and exceeded.

The Product:

LendFast is a market‑leading loan origination platform that automates the lending process, from data capture through to settlement of the loan, meaning shorter approvals and higher profits for our clients. It’s a trusted solution that works with credit card applications and consumer loans, mortgages and mortgage top‑ups, using automation and AI to streamline processes like document verification, policy checking and fraud detection.

About You:

- At least 6 years of commercial experience in designing and implementing Java-based applications.

- Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Spring boot, Hibernate, Angular, JSF, Apache Camel, REST and SOAP.

- Experience in designing and building services and products implementing modern CI/CD practises and adhering to software development security standards such as OWASP.

- Strong knowledge of design patterns, Object Oriented and SOLID design principles.

- Knowledge on Kotlin, JMS, JBoss Seam is advantageous.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Analytical mindset and good problem‑solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and quality driven.

- Passion for technology and eager to learn new skills.

- Ability of working as part of a team, making commitments, delivering on time and adapting to changes and challenges with a can‑do attitude and out of the box thinking.
