You’ll collaborate closely with product teams, analysts, data scientists, and engineers to design, build, and maintain scalable modern data solutions — while mentoring others and shaping best practices in data engineering. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about data, thrives in a collaborative environment, and enjoys working with modern technologies like Databricks, dbt, Fivetran, GCP, and Power BI.**Responsibilities:*** Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade data pipelines and solutions using modern data stacks.* Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.* Develop APIs and integrations ensuring performance, stability, and security.* Lead development of Power BI semantic models with strong governance and scalability.* Ensure data quality, completeness, and compliance with governance standards.* Collaborate with architects, product owners, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless delivery.* Maintain comprehensive documentation and contribute to design and training materials.* Mentor and guide data engineers (local and offshore), fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.**Requirements:*** Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).* 3+ years’ experience in a senior data engineering role.* Strong hands-on experience with:* Python, Databricks, dbt, Fivetran, and GCP (mandatory)* Source control and CI/CD pipelines* Automated testing, debugging, and performance optimisation* Proven ability to design and implement logical and physical data models.* Deep understanding of data quality, governance, and security best practices.* Experience working in Agile environments and modern DevOps practices.**The Recruitment Process*** Acknowledgement email once your application has been submitted.* Our Talent team will start reviewing your application.
