Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Senior TIBCO Developer to join a leading integration team delivering large-scale enterprise transformation projects. You'll design, develop, and optimise end-to-end integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition (BWCE), working across multiple platforms and business domains.

What you'll be doing

- Lead design, development, and deployment of TIBCO BWCE solutions
- Contribute to technical design sessions, code reviews, and solution documentation
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable integration designs
- Support project delivery, technical presentations, and tender responses
- Enhance internal delivery methodologies and integration frameworks
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, performance, and compliance standards

More About You

- 10+ years' integration experience, ideally focused on TIBCO BWCE
- Skilled in linking enterprise systems via Boomi, MuleSoft, webMethods, Workato, or Informatica
- Experience with API Gateway technologies (preferably Axway; Apigee/Azure/AWS advantageous)
- Hands‑on integration with core apps such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Workday, Sage
- Strong grasp of integration patterns, B2B protocols (AS2, X12, EDIFACT, XML) and DevOps toolchains
- Familiar with ELK Stack, nJAMS, and relational database design
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to mentor and guide technical teams
