Overview

FedEx is looking an Operation Support Agent to join our team. We're seeking a team player who is dedicated to delivering excellent service to our customers. As an Operation Support Agent, your duties will be split between operational administration/support and performing manual handling tasks in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

- Data entry and administration
- Assisting Drivers to resolve discrepancies
- General warehousing duties including loading/unloading of vehicles
- Labeling and sorting consignments to the correct delivery area with high accuracy
- Warehouse stocktaking

Qualifications

- Computer literate
- Versed in Microsoft 365
- Administrative or data entry experience
- Previous warehouse experience desirable
- Background in logistics desirable with knowledge of Warrnambool and surrounding areas
- Physically fit for manually handling and able to pass a pre-employment fitness assessment
- Customer service experience
- Safety focused
- Forklift experience desirable

Applicant must have a forklift license or be willing to obtain one. Experience is only desirable not necessary. Looking for right person.
