Job Description

We are expanding our team in Hornsby, Dural, and Kellyville and are seeking a passionate and dedicated Independent Occupational Therapist Contractor to join us in making a positive community impact.

We welcome applications from Occupational Therapists in Hornsby, Dural, and Kellyville with experience working with NDIS participants.

In this role, you will:

1. Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions through clinical observations and standardized assessments.

2. Interpret findings to develop tailored treatment goals for each participant.

3. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

4. Support and advise on environmental adaptations in settings such as home, school, work, and residential facilities.

5. Recommend assistive technology to help participants overcome functional limitations and promote independence.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

1. Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.

2. Experience working with NDIS participants.

3. Relevant insurances including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, and Comprehensive Car Insurance.

4. Police clearance, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

5. An active ABN.
