The Opportunity:
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role leading Project Atlas, a transformative program focused on migrating core systems across commercial underwriting agency businesses within Steadfast. The Project Manager will act as a strategic liaison between Miramar, Steadfast Group, Steadfast Technologies, and platform vendors, ensuring the successful delivery of a complex, multi-stakeholder technology transformation initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the commercial business migration program, from planning to BAU transition.
- Manage project governance, ensuring milestones, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Oversee risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and platform vendors to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Develop and execute change management and communication strategies to support system adoption.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align program outcomes with strategic business goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technology programs with C-suite engagement.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tech vendors and align deliverables with business objectives.
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS DevOps, and MS Project.
- Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, and traditional project management methodologies.
- Relevant project management certifications (e.g., Agile, PMBOK, PRINCE2) and experience in IT or Fintech environments.
