We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our team in Traralgon, Vic (local base). In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee the maintenance and performance of critical mechanical systems, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of mechanical technicians and contractors

- Supervise mechanical maintenance of turbines, boilers, pumps, and auxiliary systems

- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities

- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and procurement teams

- Support asset reliability and plant performance improvements

- Contribute to long-term site transition and decommissioning planning

What We're Looking For

- Trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Graduate Mechanical Engineering

- Knowledge in heavy industrial, mining, trade or power generation environments

- Strong leadership and team coordination skills

- Sound knowledge of OHS regulations and safe work practices

- Proficiency with maintenance systems

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
