The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our team based in Traralgon at our Display Village. You'll work closely with our experienced Design Team to guide clients through the custom home journey, from initial inquiry to design agreement, final plans, estimates, and closing the sale. With a new Display Home to open in 2026, it's an exciting time to join our award-winning team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage leads
  • Engage prospective clients and build strong relationships
  • Collaborate with drafting team and administration teams
  • Maintain CRM and follow company sales processes
  • Attend display homes and client meetings
