A great step up for a culinary leader into a roving role supporting our chefs. Full time, Monday to Friday role with no late nights or weekends.

About the role:

- Head Chef and Sous Chef coverage across Sydney's Inner and South WestandSouth Coast regional areas
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
- Minimum5+ years of experience as a Head Chefin Aged Care / Hotels or similar settings
- Food Safety Supervisory Certification
- Create hero moments for customers
- Create nutritious meals and snacks in line with the food services program
- Ensure detailed compliance with the food safety program
- Oversee and manage the creation and delivery of meals and events
