The Living Room is a contemporary lounge serving all-day dining.
Follow us on for updates.Main duties and responsibilities:Responsible mainly for dinner services and events in the assigned section.Maintain operating and kitchen equipment to a good standard with minimal breakage.Ensure hygiene standards and proper storage of dairy products, fish, meats, dry goods, and vegetables.Prepare mis-en-place for the assigned section.Assist in quality control of items.
Qualifications Completion of Chef Apprenticeship.Certificate in Commercial Cookery.Good hygiene and food safety knowledge, safe and accurate knife skills, and experience with various cooking methods are required.
