This role sits in Nestlé Professional team where we have a comprehensive product range delivering Culinary Food Service solutions along with Soluble coffee solutions, Liquid and Roast & Ground coffees. Leading product brands such as Maggi, KitKat, Buitoni, Docello, Nescafe & Milo.

As the custodian of the CRM platform, the CRM Analyst will serve as the analytical link across the commercial teams in Oceania.

You will be the key user and technical expert for the C4C (Cloud for Customer) system, managing all upgrades and providing day-to-day support. Your role is pivotal in delivering analytical support to the Commercial Team on sales data requests, analysis, and reporting, while developing insights to influence decision-making processes within the division.

A day in the Life…

- Deliver analytical support to commercial teams by developing KPIs, maintaining reporting tools, and assisting in the qualification of marketing-generated leads.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the C4C CRM system, ensuring data integrity, conducting product lifecycle testing, managing support requests, and driving process improvements.
- Analyse marketing promotions and product launches, evaluate ROI on expenditures, and support strategic planning using insights from C4C data.
- Collaborate with the Training Manager to support sales training initiatives and provide coaching to enhance proficiency in management tools.
- Work closely with our Regional Office based in Singapore to understand and unlock C4C benefits and improvements

What will make you successful:

- Analytical experience in generating reports and presenting insights based on data.
- Ability to guide business decisions through data analysis and process understanding.
- Exposure to sales roles or collaboration with sales teams is preferred.
- Proficiency in data systems and strong experience with Microsoft Excel.
