Your Impact, with Us

As a valued Medical Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in providing quality care to patients with cardiovascular conditions.

Based in Burwood, you’ll help improve lives and shape the future of our organisation.

Your impact will include:

- Ensuring smooth daily operations through efficient patient coordination and front desk management.
- Maintaining high-quality patient care with effective communication and support.
- Contributing to the practice’s success by handling administrative tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.

What You’ll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in a medical reception or administrative role, ideally within a cardiology practice.
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions.
- A keen eye for detail, proficiency in medical billing, invoicing, and using medical software.
- A compassionate, professional demeanour, maintaining confidentiality and fostering a positive atmosphere.

We would also love you to have:

- Strong interpersonal skills to nurture positive connections with patients.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for continual learning.
- Experience with health track software or similar medical applications.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and patient confidentiality regulations.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic setting.
- A dedication to providing exceptional patient care and supporting a collaborative team.
