The Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Baker to join our team. This role involves preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of products while ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met. You’ll be working in a supportive team environment where your skills and creativity will be valued.
What You’ll Do
- Bake a wide range of products including breads, pastries, cakes, and specialty items.
- Follow recipes and production schedules to meet customer demand.
- Monitor ovens, mixers, and equipment to ensure consistent quality.
- Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and reducing waste.
- Contribute ideas for new products and seasonal specials.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous baking experience (bread, pastry, or cakes).
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a passion for baking.
- Bonus: Certificate III in Baking or equivalent qualification.

Salary: $85,000–$95,000
