Formed in 2019 through the integration of Lorne Community Hospital and Otway Health, we offer a range of services across our Lorne and Apollo Bay campuses.

About the Role

The Community Care Worker role is to provide personal care, domestic assistance services and social support to clients in their homes. We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic and caring individuals to join the Community Care team.

The position of Community Care Worker requires the following:

- Current or working towards Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
