**About the Role**

Cumberland Lorne is looking for Casual Guest Service Agents/Receptionist to join our team. You will need to be available to work weekends, weekdays, and nights on a rotating roster.

This role includes;
- Guest service of our front desk from arrivals to departures
- Taking reservations over the phone
- Problem-solving any guest issues that may arise from time to time

**About You**
- Confidence in Accommodation Reservation Systems, particularly RMS
- Exceptional skills in Time Management
- A keen eye for detail
- Ability to work individually and in a team
- Great focus with guests, including exceptional verbal communications
- Understanding safe work practices
- Outlook, Excel, and office organisational skills are a bonus
