We are currently seeking a Medical Imaging Assistant to join our team. This position offers a unique change of scenery by means of working on a state‑of‑the‑art mobile scanner, and ability to meet new people from various facilities. Anticipated Schedule

Possible Saturday rotation

Weekly guarantee of hours

Responsibilities

- Assist in providing excellent patient care on a mobile medical route, including maintaining patient comfort, safety and confidentiality

- Assist in transporting patients between the medical facility and the mobile scanner

- Assist the Medical Technologist in completing applicable forms and positioning patients on the scanner to facilitate the examination

- Complete necessary administrative tasks (i.e. time/activity reports and billing)

Qualifications

- Must be willing to walk and stand for long periods of time

- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

- Successfully pass a pre‑employment (post offer) background check, urine drug screen and physical

- You must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally
