Perth Radiological Clinic (PRC) is the largest privateradiological practice in Western Australia with 23 hospital andclinic locations. We are the official medical imaging providerfor the Fremantle Dockers, Perth Glory, Perth and West PerthFootball Clubs.
The opportunity
Perth Rad Clinic (PRC) are seeking a Medical Receptionist InnerReliever to join our Inner suburb clinics on a permanent full timebasis with shifts varying between 6:45am and 5:30pm.
You will be required to support and travel to several clinicsbased on operational requirements including Bethesda Hospital,Hollywood Consulting Centre, Hollywood Medical Centre, MountMedicalCentre, South Perth Hospital and Subiaco. You will beresponsible for:
- Maintaining a high standard of patient care, safety andconfidentiality
- Greeting patients and making clinical appointments
- Handling accounts, banking and Medicare batching
- Admin and computer work including billing and dataentry
- Other duties as needed.
What do you need to be considered?
Ideally the preferred candidate will hold at least 2 yearsexperience in a customer service role. You will be able tocommunication professionally both written and verbally and have theability to learn and use software and systems. You will presentwith an approachable manner and display high level of patientcare.
Along with the following requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
- Full Australian working rights (ensure unrestricted rightsif on a visa).
- Able to provide a National Police Check within 6 months orwilling to obtain.
