About the role:

Representing our business as our Melbourne Flagship Manager for our new café in Fitzroy, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our café presence and transforming it into a local hotspot. Showcase your attention to detail and lead your team to deliver exceptional coffee experiences and implement our systems effectively. Your leadership will be essential in our café - your ability to inspire and motivate others, along with your hands-on approach for results, will drive this vision forward.

As our Flagship Café Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring seamless operation of coffee stations, kitchen flow and guest experience.
- Leading by example to further cultivate a positive team environment
- Contributing ideas to increase foot traffic and sales growth
- Approach operational challenges with a strategic mindset
- Prioritising safety by actively maintaining safety protocols and incident reporting.
- Upholding commitment to health and safety standards.

Our café is newly opened inFebruary, and we are looking for a Flagship Café Manager to join us to continue the excellent work of our current Manager.

Who are we looking for?

Someone who can handle the hustle while running a café operation efficiently. Someone who wants to lead on the front foot and can help drive an amazing customer experience. Ideal candidates will have café management experience or have worked in a supervisory role within the café space and are ready to take the next step in their career within a specialty coffee focused business.
