You'll be the essential link between our service customers and workshop. Fast-paced role including customer service, sales, and admin from end to end.

About the role
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Working within Patterson Cheney policies, guidelines and standards
- Scheduling customer service repair orders, obtaining a clear brief from the customer as to any issues
- Preparing invoices and closing allocated repairs
- Be transparent and honest with the customer, with estimated completion times and provide updates as required
- Ensuring the customers' expectations are exceeded throughout the experience
- Providing support to other service advisors
- Assisting the Workshop Manager in resolving any customer-related concerns
Ideal candidate attributes
- Must have previous dealership experience in a similar role
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Sound organisational skills and time management
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach staff
- Ability to neutralise conflict
- Strong focus on creating customer experiences
