Job Overview:

The Operations Associate position at FOREVER is an entry-level opportunity. You will play a vital role in ensuring clients’ orders are completed efficiently and with high quality. We value a productive and collaborative work environment where each team member takes ownership of their responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

- Convert various types of media
- Handle intake and organization processes
- Complete transactions and ensure timely shipment of client orders
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Maintain organization, focus, and attention to detail to deliver quality outcomes
- Receive, inventory, and enter orders into the system as they arrive
- Ship orders that have been fulfilled
- Provide professional and excellent service to clients
- Perform other administrative duties as required by the Direct Manager and team
