Your Mission

- Own Your Targets: Achieve your sales targets with purpose and energy, delivering results you and your team can be proud of. Ensure our brands are flawlessly executed in both on-premise and off-premise channels.
- Hunt with our Pride: Relentlessly pursue new business opportunities while strengthening and expanding relationships with existing customers.
- Win with our Customers: Partner with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that deliver winning outcomes for the customer, consumer and Lion.
- Be a Brand Advocate: Represent Lion with passion, bringing our brands to life by executing high-impact plans that resonate with consumers.
- Inspire and Educate: Lead tastings, events and training sessions that leave a lasting impression, keeping the consumer at the heart of every interaction.
