This role sits within a forward-thinking Transformation, People & Brand team, where technology meets operational know-how. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless data flows, robust system performance, and continuous improvement across HR and Payroll systems.

Responsibilities

- Maintain and configure Oracle HCM and Payroll systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Provide technical support for system integrations and enhancements
- Deliver high-quality reporting and analytics to support Payroll, HR, and business teams
- Lead data migration efforts for new system implementations
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and external vendors to resolve technical and compliance issues
- Drive remediation of system and process issues impacting payroll outcomes
- Manage change requests, vendor coordination, and payroll forecasting/reporting

Experience Required

- 5+ years’ experience supporting Payroll and HR systems in complex organisations
- Expertise in Oracle HCM and Preceda Payroll (or similar platforms)
- Expertise in Dayforce is highly regarded
- Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows
- Advanced Excel and Power Query skills for data analysis and reporting
- Proven experience in system implementations and data migrations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Relevant qualifications in HR, Payroll Systems, IT, or related fields (technical/analytical degree highly regarded)
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
