Who We Are

At Siemens, we create technology that transforms the everyday, for everyone. Australia may contribute around 1 % of global emissions, but we know that every action matters. That’s why we empower our customers to do more with less: using less energy, reducing emissions, and building industries that shape a cleaner, smarter, and fairer future. By combining the real and digital worlds, we help our customers transform their industries and markets — and in turn, make a positive impact on the everyday lives of billions of people. Innovation, sustainability, and inclusivity are at the heart of what we do.

- Social connection and community – take part in events, celebrations, and team‑building activities.

- Paid volunteering leave – give back to causes that matter to you.

What You’ll Be Doing With Us

- Team up with Account Managers to manage exciting sales opportunities—helping bring deals to life from first enquiry through to signed order.

- Take the lead with Tier 2 and Tier 3 customers—building relationships, identifying needs, and finding solutions that make a difference.

- Develop a strong pipeline by qualifying and prioritising leads.

- Upsell and cross‑sell to uncover new opportunities within existing customer accounts.

- Get hands‑on with tools like Salesforce and AI to track progress, gather market insights, and manage your sales activity like a pro.

- Learn, grow, and build confidence in a supportive environment.
