- Provide exposure across a range of engineering elements to enable participants registration as a Chartered Engineer

The program provides flexibility to best suit your interests and there are rotations through various operational areas of Coliban Water. It provides graduates with the opportunity for professional and personal development through working in areas such as;

- Infrastructure

- Water Quality

- Concept Development

- Water and Wastewater Treatment

- Headworks Operations

The program offers an excellent platform to commence your career in Engineering. It will allow you to apply and further develop your engineering skills and provide a platform to develop technical, communication and project management competencies.

To succeed in this role you will need a relevant engineering degree or be working toward completion of your degree , a Victoria Drivers Licence, as well as a keen interest to learn about all aspects of engineering.

The salary and conditions for this position will be as per the Coliban Water Enterprise Agreement 2021 Band 3, $74,200 base salary will be offered to the successful candidate commensurate with their skills and experience.
