Overview

Business Development Manager – Heavy Equipment Sales & Hire

$120K + Super + Car Allowance + Tools + Commission & Bonus

Are you a hunter in the heavy equipment game? We’re looking for a BDM to drive sales growth in equipment sales and hire, targeting mining sites, plants, and major construction projects.

Responsibilities

- Selling and hiring out heavy equipment – with a focus on sales growth
- Hunting for new business in cranes, transport, and logistics
- Building relationships with key decision-makers in mining, construction, and industrial sectors
- Managing the sales process from prospecting to close

Qualifications

- Experience in heavy equipment sales/hire – ideally cranes
- Strong network in mining, industrial, or construction
- Proven ability to win new business and drive revenue
- Self-motivated and comfortable with on-the-road sales
