**About The Team**The Strategy and Insights Office provides high-quality decision support to the University community by transforming data into meaningful insights. The team works across a range of internal systems and external sources to collect, analyse, and present information that informs strategic planning and enhances institutional effectiveness**Your New Role**The Surveys and Analytics Officer is responsible for managing the University’s student and graduate feedback survey programs, including both ongoing internal surveys and ad-hoc projects requested by staff. The role ensures that all survey activities are conducted in line with university policy, with a focus on strengthening the student voice to enhance the overall student experience.In addition to survey coordination, the position supports the Strategy and Insights team with a range of analytical and research tasks, including the administration and reporting of national and external student feedback surveys.Key Responsibilities:* Coordinate and deliver internal student feedback surveys.* Maintain the effective operation of survey systems and processes across the University.* Assist with the implementation and reporting of national and external student surveys.* Contribute to analytical and research activities within the Strategy and Insights team.Please refer to the for further details.**What We Offer You**This Continuous | Full Time (37.5 hours per week) attracts a remuneration of $79K – $96K (pro rata) plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.You’ll join a dynamic and talented team where diversity and innovation thrive.
