About the role

ProSurveys' is seeking a talented Survey drafter / operations person to join our team in our Perth, WA office. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in supporting our surveying operations. As a Survey drafter / operations, you will be responsible for producing high-quality survey plans, precals and drawings, as well as assisting with various field operations. We also need someone experienced in drone processing / mapping and progress volume calculations.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing detailed survey plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to survey projects
  • Assisting with the coordination and scheduling of survey crews
  • Staying up-to-date with industry standards and best practices

What we're looking for

  • Relevant qualification in land surveying or a related field
  • Proficient in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD or MicroStation or Magnet or related software.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the construction industry or surveying field is highly desirable
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
