Room: Toddler
• Pay: $38.20ph - $39.35ph

Responsibilities
  • As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
  • You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.
  • Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Blue Card
