Role: Technology Lead

Job Title: Technology Lead

Short Description:
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality Assurance, and Project Management to define and execute both project and Business as Usual (BAU) initiatives that encompass the implementation of build, release, and software deployment strategies
• Develop and implement an automated, continuous build process that systematically reviews source code, identifies build errors, and promptly notifies relevant stakeholders to expedite synchronization with the latest build
• Elevate productivity levels by architecting and developing comprehensive build systems, including the creation of tools and scripts that facilitate efficient and flexible builds
• Design and implement efficient deployment processes across both project and BAU contexts, minimizing deployment-related disruptions
• Engage in the ongoing improvement of automation initiatives to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
• Undertake continuous maintenance activities for products to ensure uninterrupted performance

Working hours: not less than 30 hours.

Skill: Azure DevOps, Sitecore, Angular, .NET, Next JS, RxJs, ReactJs

Location: Melbourne

Years of EXP: 6-10 years in IT

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000

Roles and Responsibilities:

About you

Skill/Competency Requirements:
We are looking for an individual who has worked in fast moving transformation environment and is comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity.
• Excellent relationship skills, stakeholder management and engagement skills, across the business at all levels
• Extensive experience in Programming and Applications Design, and general IT experience with demonstrable hands-on experience creating public, complex systems using multiple languages
• Experienced in multiple relevant programming languages

Essential – Sitecore, DevOps, .NET, Angular, Next.JS, ReactJS, XM Cloud

Preferred – Sitecore, DevOps, .NET, Angular
