Sales and Administration Assistant – Auto Services

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your administrative skills and contribute to the overall success of our Auto Services division? We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist to join our team and provide essential administrative support across various functions at our Lawnton site.

Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth business operations

- Adhere to policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines in all administrative tasks

- Assist with data entry, documentation, filing, and other clerical duties as needed

- Provide excellent customer services to members in person and over the phone

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency

- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency

About You

- Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision

- Strong time management skills with an excellent attendance record

- Flexible approach to working hours to meet business needs

- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
