The Speech Pathologist will participate as a member of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure a patient-centred, evidence-based, continuous quality improvement work environment that is consistent with the values and ethics of HammondCare and Speech Pathology Australia.This job would be a great stepping stone for Speech Pathologists interested in working with adults with communication disorders and is also suitable for recent graduates.**HammondCare is a NSW Health affiliated organisation, all NSW Health transferrable entitlements will be recognised.**# **The essence of this role*** Provision of effective and efficient speech pathology service to clients and appropriate support and advice to their carers* Participate as a member of the multi-disciplinary team in assessing patients’ level of functional and care needs, setting joint care goals with patients/carers and providing appropriate treatment.* Participate as a member of the HammondCare team in the application of the organisation’s Mission and values to the pursuit of its objectives in a client-centred, continuous quality improvement work environment# **About you*** A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology as recognised by Speech Pathologist Australia and eligibility for membership* Practical experience or Extensive Knowledge in providing Speech Pathology Services in a Rehabilitation, Aged Care or Palliative Care setting.
