Qualifications - Keep clients at the centre of thinking, decisions and actions, including internal systems and processes. The ability to show empathy, curiosity and listen deeply to understand a person/'s context, challenges and needs. - The successful candidates will demonstrate proactivity, excellent computer skills and exceptional time management. - Provide accurate and timely support to client enquiries, applying client service standards, procedures and techniques to provide information, resolve routine enquiries or to escalate matters. - Demonstrates an ability to convey a message succinctly and with empathy, whether it be verbal, written or digitally. - Ensure that established procedures are followed to accurately and promptly process frequent and straight forward business transactions.
