Marketing Manager – Residential Solar (4769873)

Salary: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per annum

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to grow the residential customer base.

Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta platforms, SEO, and email automation.

Create and oversee marketing content for digital and print channels, including social media, website, blogs, and promotional materials.

Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI.

Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, and design teams to ensure brand consistency and effective lead conversion.

Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and external marketing partners or agencies.

Coordinate promotional events and campaigns to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in consumer marketing, preferably within the solar, renewable energy, or home improvement industry.

Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and performance analysis.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or similar).

Excellent communication, creative, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainable living.
