If you're a Senior Process Engineer, ready to grow your technical skills on cutting-edge industrial, resource, utility and defence projects, read on.**The Role**The primary purpose of this role is to deliver innovative and sustainable water, wastewater and recycled water treatment process planning and design solutions for Aurecon’s clients. You will be a key member of a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ through a combination of technical knowledge, experience and innovation.**Here are some of the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’:*** Lead the development of process designs for complex water and wastewater treatment projects, including concept design, detailed design, and construction / commissioning support.* Contribute to strategic and conceptual planning investigations to identify innovative and sustainable solutions* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior process engineers across multiple projects.* Coordinate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions.* Contribute to the development of designs by applying innovative solutions and technological developments that drive efficiency and sustainability.* Work within study and project teams to meet scope requirements and ensure time and budget objectives are achieved* Develop process simulations, Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs), design documents, including reports, and specifications* Engage and build positive relationships with existing and potential clients and stakeholders, support business development and tenders to win and deliver work for Aurecon,* Produce written reports, documents and presentations to explain engineering ideas and concepts.## You're a curious and determined Senior Process Engineer who wants to fast-track your technical development. You'll bring:* Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering, Environmental Engineering or similar.* Strong experience working in a consultancy environment, with a strong understanding of project delivery, client interaction, and commercial awareness.* Extensive experience in process engineering for water and wastewater infrastructure* Experienced in developing process calculations and modellings* Sound knowledge of ADWG requirements and its applications* Knowledge and experience in potable water quality requirements and ability to interpret and analyse the water testing reports.* Strong Understanding of physical, chemical and biological water and wastewater treatment methods and processes* Strong knowledge of process engineering calculations, PFDs and P&IDs* Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders.* A proactive approach to problem-solving, innovation, and continuous improvement in design practices.* Strong commercial and client-facing skills, with experience managing stakeholders and contributing to business development.## If you're excited by the opportunity to work on real-world problems in a team that values your voice - apply now.## **Our purpose is bringing ideas to life.**.
