Responsibilities

- As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the operations on shift to meet our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards.
- You will lead people, through coaching and support, to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences through every interaction.
- You will maintain a positive culture and a well-presented, clean and safe restaurant while utilising strong time management and multi-tasking skills during peak periods, including involvement in food preparation and service.

Requirements / Qualifications

As a shift supervisor you will be an expert multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate a real knack for leading, inspiring and supporting the crew to be at their best every shift and be a champion for the customer.
