Overview Beaumont Tiles is seeking casual Warehouse Team Members/Pickers in Rochedale, Queensland. Due to business growth, we are adding team members to join our warehouse operations on a casual basis. You will provide exceptional warehouse and store customer support in a friendly and supportive team environment while ensuring that effective and efficient processes are in place. Key responsibilities - Manage stock levels for the warehouse or store - Load and unload stock in vehicles - Day to day picking/packing of orders - constant intensive manual handling 20+kg - Stock maintenance and replenishment (stock takes when required) - Stock identification and materials handling - General housekeeping including basic administration skills Requirements - Previous experience in a similar warehouse environment - Have high-level organisational skills and the ability to manage a number of tasks simultaneously - Forklift licence is essential - Be proactive, enthusiastic and strong work ethic - Good problem-solving skills and a high level of initiative - Good level of physical condition - Strong WH&S focus Our Culture At Beaumont Tiles, we believe that creating a culture of belonging and inclusivity is crucial to our success, and we strive to reflect the diversity of our local communities in our workforce.
